Prior CRC Award History Search Tool

The Prior CRC Award History Search Tool will provide the last 5 years of CRC Grant Awards, searchable by Employee ID. This history will need to be disclosed on your grant form, along with any details about the outcome of the research conducted.

CRC InfoReady Reference Guides:

For assistance in navigating the FSU InfoReady submission portal, explore this collection of documents defined by role: Applicant, Approver and Reviewer. Faculty submitting grant proposals are "Applicants". Deans and Department Chairs are "Approvers". CRC Committee members, and prior CRC grant recipients asked to review proposals are "Reviewers".

How to Designate a Proxy in InfoReady:

There is a setting in InfoReady for a faculty member to designate a proxy. This will allow the proxy to log into InfoReady with their own login credentials, start a new application, continue a saved application, enter information, attach documents, review, and submit an application, all on behalf of the faculty member. This can be extremely helpful if you would like your department grant team to review or assist with your application. Note: When setting up a proxy, you will need to use the proxy's FSU SSO email address (not the @med.fsu.edu, @cci.fsu.edu, etc. department email address). InfoReady uses FSU's SSO login, so all the accounts are built on that specific email address. For information about how to designate a proxy in InfoReady, and what the proxy experience will look like, review this walk-thru document:

Reviewer Guidelines

When your grant proposal is reviewed, it will be scored based on the guidelines listed below. Each reviewer guideline document includes the committee reviewer guidelines, as well as the program staff guidelines for technical reviews.

How to Create an ORCiD

ORCiD (Open Researcher and Contributor ID) numbers are used to uniquely identify researchers and connect them to their scholarly work, ensuring proper attribution and reducing ambiguity in research communication. It links researchers to their publications, grants, affiliations, and other research activities, creating a comprehensive record of their work. Many systems, including grant application portals (for NIH and NSF), CV creation portals, and manuscript submission systems, now integrate with ORCiD, allowing researchers to auto-populate forms and streamline processes. You will be asked to provide this number on all CRC applications. See the document linked below for a walk-through on how to create an ORCiD, and sign in to the ORCiD portal here: https://orcid.org/signin
