The dates below are a quick reference for all the program deadlines. Please visit the Request for Proposal or Request for Nomination page for each program for additional information.

Proposal deadlines are firm; no exceptions can be made. Deans, Chairs, and Directors will have up to 24 hours following the proposal deadline to approve the submitted proposal. Proposal submission and approvals can only be completed through the CRC InfoReady Portal.

Arts & Humanities Program Enhancement Grant (AHPEG)

• Proposal Deadline: Friday, December 18, 2026 @ 4:59 pm
• Award Notification: Early March 2027
• Award Period Begins: ~ April 13, 2027, or selected start date

Summer Research Support (SRS) formerly known as Committee on Faculty Research Support (COFRS)

• Proposal Deadline: Thursday, November 19, 2026 @4:59 pm
• Award Notification: Mid-February, 2027
• Award Period: May 8, 2027 - August 6, 2027

Equipment and Infrastructure Enhancement Grant (EIEG)
